Spacefile Utility Carts are constructed from heavy gauge steel and welded together to provide maximum strength, rigidity and durability. Heavy duty casters allow for easy movement of heavily loaded carts. Carts are available in single or double widths and in virtually any size. Available in both LT Shelving and ThinLine Shelving options and completely customizable with Spacefile’s diverse selection of accessories including tambour doors and flip down doors.

Attractive Aluminum Handles: Spacefile Utility Carts include two attractive aluminum handles for simple, ergonomic movement.  Finished Appearance with Durable Powder Coat Finish: Spacefile Utility Carts are fully finished with no visible holes or fasteners. All metal components are finished with low VOC powder coat paint, providing a durable hard surface with superior performance qualities. Powder coating provides excellent abrasion, impact, corrosion, stain, and chemical resistance, exceeding stringent scruff, scratch and chip requirements of the American Library Association. Powder coat paint also emits negligible VOC’s (volatile organic compounds) for a cleaner, healthier indoor environment. Paint is available in any of our 12 standard colours, our eco-friendly paint option and custom.

GREENGUARD Gold Certification: Spacefile’s Utility Carts have achieved GREENGUARD Gold Certification.

GREENGUARD Certified products are certified to GREENGUARD Standards for low chemical emissions into indoor air during product usage.  Fire Resistant – CAL 133 Compliant: Spacefile’s Utility Carts meet CAL 133 standards for combustion performance and is suitable for compliance with the Boston Fire Code.

Environmentally Friendly: Spacefile is committed to designing and manufacturing long lasting, environmentally friendly products. Spacefile Utility Carts are constructed primarily from sheet metal with an average of 40% recycled content. Spacefile products can contribute to LEED accreditation.
